We have requirement for surveyors in a number of locations across the country and we would like to hear from Chartered or Associate RICS professionals preferably with some experience in surveying and valuing residential properties. Our business concentrates upon level 2 and 3 home condition surveys and Red Book valuations, but excludes secured lending valuations where this is and will not form part of our business activities.
We are developing a bespoke surveying app to improve efficiency in order to secure the best work life balance. We have a superb team of surveyor coordinators who work closely with appointed surveyors in managing the individual surveyors’ workload.
We offer a highly competitive salary and remuneration package with a unique commission structure including realisable monthly targets. Subject to quotas, we offer flexible working arrangements, ongoing training and CPD support from our highly experienced team.
